Surprising little details!

The room was warm! I found plenty of tea and coffee available. A hairdryer and a fan were thoughtfully provided. I REALLY enjoyed having Netflix on the tv and also appreciated the shower amenities.
The room needs some redecoration and the blinds are broken. The sunshine comes in!!!

i found the beds comfortable and relaxing. my kids were tired after a long day, and they slept well. the communication regarding check-in details was great. the location is very convenient with easy access to public transport.
i found a small amount of dust on the shelves in the room. it did not really bother me. but i thought it was worth mentioning.

the location offers excellent bus connections right outside the door. i did not hear any street noise from my room located at the back. parking was also straightforward in front of the hotel.

Mixed feelings about this place

noisy extractor fan limited parking
I was disappointed with a few things. The extractor fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine. It kept me up most of the night. Road work noise was actually quieter than that fan. The parking lot situation was also frustrating, with limited space and difficulty getting out when all spots were taken.

The room was clean and the bed very comfy. I found a tv in the room, it worked perfectly. The bathroom was good, it included tea and coffee.
